WARWICK — Worrying that they may be victims of mall squatters, (as Providence Place Mall in Providence became after security guards uncovered an apartment inside an unused portion of the mall), representatives and management of the Warwick Mall made a startling discovery this morning, while performing a routine search, when they found a fully occupied 10 unit condo, complete with a swimming pool and clubhouse underneath the Food Court.

"I knew the electric bill was way off!", claimed mall official, Hy Rent. "I don't know how they ever got the contractors and equipment down there, but they did one hell of a job!" According to people who have been illegally living in the 3 bed, 2 bath condos, the place was built 3 years ago, virtually underneath the noses of mall officials. "I feel real stupid", claims a sad Mr. Rent. "I have to admit I thought the Providence Place thing was pretty darned funny until I found out we had a bigger problem, as well. That's what I get!"
